Christine earned her Master’s Degree in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Wilfred Laurier University.

She specializes in individual, family and couples counselling. She assists clients dealing with issues including stressful finances, losses, conflicts in relationships, the search for meaning and purpose of life. She provides tools to enable clients to assess their situations by examining their thoughts so that they are more capable to manage challenges and difficulties.

Christine applies integrative and gentle approaches tailored to the needs of each individual. The clinic offers extensive experience with adults from different cultures and ethnic backgrounds. She works in the field of trauma, injuries, anxiety, and family counseling. If you are feeling stuck and need some tips to enhance your quality of life. She is the right person to go to.

Insurance coverage

To determine if you have mental health coverage, please check with your insurance company

  1. What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  2. How many sessions does my plan cover?
  3. How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?
  4. Is approval required from my primary care physician?

I provide MVA and WSIB psychological assessment and counseling claims under the psychology firm YRPS.

Payment is to be received after each session. Mastercard, Visa, cheque, debit, and E-transfer accepted.

The cost of therapy is $150/hour. Couples & Family Therapy $160/hr.

Sliding fees are available if needed.

Cancellation is 24 hours in advance. Please note that it’s your responsibility to keep your appointments and to notify me in advance if you cannot attend.
